My couples tend to be fun-loving, adventurous, and full of life. And they get it - the best, most joyful photos happen when there’s a real relationship behind the lens.
That’s why we’ll kick things off with a zoom call to get to know each other. My goal? To show up on your wedding day feeling less like a vendor, and more like an old friend but with a camera.
2. Lock it in
If we’re a perfect match (and I hope we are!) I’ll send over your contract and a non-refundable 30% retainer to officially reserve your date. Once that is taken care of - Boom! You’ve just booked your wedding photographer. One less thing on your to do list!
From there, we’ll get your engagement session on the calendar and I’ll send you a little welcome gift your way, because yes, you deserve some goodies!
We’ll keep in touch throughout your planning journey. My goal is to make this whole experience feel smooth, stress free, and filled with good energy so you walk into your wedding day feeling confident and excited.
3. The Engagement Session
This is such a meaningful part of your full experience. It’s our chance to hang out, get comfortable, and let your story unfold naturally. I get to learn how you interact, what makes you laugh, and you get to see that being in front of my camera isn’t scary. It’s actually a blast!
We’ll choose a location that feels like you, wear what you feel confident and cozy, and just enjoy the time without a guest list or timeline pulling your attention. No pressure. Just connection.
And when we’re done? We’ll probably grab some food or a drink together, because by then we’ll feel more like friends than anything else. Your photos will be delivered in a beautiful online gallery, and you’ll walk away with a collection that already feels like little piece of your legacy.
4. Planning Support
From the moment you book, I’m in your corner - not just as your photographer, but as a calm, organized guide through the wedding planning process. My goal is to help you have the most fun, stress free day possible.
In the months leading up to your wedding, I’ll help you craft a custom photo timeline, build a family formal list that ensures no one’s missed, and send you thoughtful questionnaires so I can serve you with intention and clarity. About two weeks before the big day, we’ll meet up and go over all the final details and make sure everything feels dialed in and you’re walking into your wedding day feeling confident and cared for.
5. Your Wedding Day
The day has finally arrived! Let’s do this!!! You’ve done the planning, we’ve laid the groundwork, and now it’s time to soak in every single moment. From quiet, emotional ones to the wild dance floor moves, I’ll be there to document your story exactly as it unfolds.
You don’t need to worry about a thing. Just be fully present, celebrate with your favorite people, and trust that I’ll be capturing it all with care, heart, and intention.
6. Sneak Peeks & Gallery Delivery
Once the confetti settles and you’re still floating in that just married bliss, it’s gallery time! I know you’ll be counting down the days, so I always send sneak peeks shortly after the wedding to give you a little taste of magic.
When your full gallery is ready, you’ll receive hundreds of beautifully edited images delivered in an easy to use online gallery. From there, you can download, share with loved ones, post on social media, and even order fine art prints straight from the gallery.
While you’ll have full print rights, I always recommend printing through a professional lab for the best quality (your love deserves nothing less).
My suggestion? Grab your favorite drinks, cozy up together, and relieve every moment! Laugh, cry, and maybe dance a little. This is your story, preserved forever.
